Kate Hawkins, MS, has applied her skills with energy and enthusiasm since 1993 as a Learning & Organizational Development expert to improve performance and inspire positive change. She firmly believes in the power of Learning & Organizational Development to transform productivity, communication, and morale at every level of an organization, and has proven this by successfully applying her skills to a diverse range of projects in a wide variety of industries. She specializes in strategic planning, process design, project management, and all aspects of the Instructional Systems Design process. She received an M.S. in Occupational Technology with a focus on Training & Development from the University of Houston, and was designated a Certified Training Professional by Texas A & M, in 1995. She returns to the University of Houston as a guest lecturer to share her experiences, and is very active in professional and non-profit organizations.
